Betboom Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the betboom platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the betboom platform via the website or mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms apply to all users of the betboom platform, including visitors, registered users and anyone accessing any part of our services. betboom reserves the right to modify, add or remove any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that take effect.
Continued use of the platform after any updated terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms. These terms were last updated in 2026.
Account Creation & User Security
To access the full range of betboom services, you are required to register a personal account with accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out under your account is considered your own, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to us.
Betboom will never ask for your password via email, message or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately and change your password. We recommend using a strong password that combines uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
By using the betboom platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable law or compromises the integrity of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots or scripts to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to betboom's systems, other user accounts or databases
- Distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, abusive or infringes on third-party rights
- Engaging in any form of fraud, including the use of unauthorised payment details
- Colluding with others to manipulate game outcomes or betting results
- Using the platform for money laundering or any suspicious financial activity
Betboom reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the betboom platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers (FPX), approved e-wallets and other methods available at the time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that any payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's credit card, debit card or bank account without authorisation is strictly prohibited. betboom reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal limits, are set by betboom and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. betboom is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, including making fraudulent deposits or improperly reversing legitimate transactions (chargebacks), will result in immediate account suspension and appropriate legal action.
Account Policy, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Betboom reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity or for platform security reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any outstanding balance arising from that breach, subject to a case-by-case review by betboom.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the betboom support team. Voluntary account closures will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any valid remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Liability Limits
Betboom provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy or reliability of its services. betboom is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from technical disruptions, display errors or temporary service unavailability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the betboom platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, software and source code, is the exclusive property of betboom or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish any part of the platform without prior written consent from betboom.
Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law

The betboom platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as payment providers, game providers or technical support platforms. betboom is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party services. Use of third-party services is at the user's own risk and subject to their respective terms and conditions.
Changes to Terms
Betboom reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via an in-platform notice or to their registered email address. It is the user's responsibility to stay informed of such changes. Continued use of the platform after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the betboom platform should first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution forum under applicable law.
